80 Series DIY Power Tray DXF Files | WITH Blue Sea Bus Bar
This is the DXF file you will need to send to Sendcutsend.com to get it cut, or if you know someone with a plasma table they can cut it for you as well.
I used .100” Thick - 5052 Aluminum Sheet.
The panel will have cutouts to accept a switch assembly & circuit breaker from an Auxbeam 8 Gang RGB kit.
It also has cutouts to accept this Blue Sea DualBus bar I used for the rock light hookups
Blue Sea Systems 2722 Dualbus Plus 150A BusBar
Please note this only works for the Aux Beam 8 Gang RGB switch panel!
*IMPORTANT* You will need to pick up a piece of aluminum angle iron from your local hardware store to complete this project. You will need to rivet, weld, bolt, or use some other method of attaching the aluminum angle to the panel in the appropriate spot.
Please see the youtube video for more details on installation Video of install
This is for CUT FILES ONLY no physical products included
